SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2
4-10PM, Check-in
7-11PM, Three Regions of Italy Reception
Introducing special guest of honor, Piero Antinori. Guest chefs Suzette Grashan-Tognetti from Acquarello in San Francisco,
and Tiberio Sabatini from Castello Della Sala in Tuscany, along with Peppoli Chef Arturo Moscoso, will be preparing and
pairing food and wine from selected regions of Italy.
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3
6-10AM, Breakfast
Enjoy Breakfast in Bed with a unique breakfast basket delivered to your room, or have breakfast at Roy’s at Pebble Beach.
10-11:30AM, Cooking Demonstration
Three chefs will cook “Italian Coastal Cuisine,” integrating the newly released olive oils from Antinori. The chefs will
demo the preparation of the lunch to follow. Espresso drinks will be offered throughout the demo. One antipasti will be
passed to each guest with a glass of Prosecco.
12-2PM, Italian Coastal Cuisine Lunch at Pèppoli
Following the cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a full lunch with wine pairings from the Antinori estates.
3-5PM, Wine Tasting hosted by Piero Antinori and Renzo Cotarella
Piero Antinori will present wines from various estates that he has relationships with around the world and will showcase a selection of wines that demonstrate his diversity and influence in the winemaking industry.
6:30-7:30PM, Reception
Sparkling wine with hors d’oeuvres from Lombardi
7:30-11PM, Gala Dinner, A Celebration of Antinori Estates
A seven course dinner event, with two dishes prepared by each chef. Wine pairings from the Antinori portfolio.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 4
Starting at 6:30AM, Breakfast
